Research Questions

Should schools have jurisdiction over bullying outside of school?  Why or why not?    Are schools doing enough to reduce bullying?  Why or why not?    How should schools get kids and parents to take responsibility and do something to keep kids from   bullying?    How should kids be able to stand up to bullies and defend themselves and their friends?
